How long do I have to return my item?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
What qualifies for return?
We accept returns if your item is:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original packaging
• Tags intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are not covered by Meridian.
Unannounced returns will not be accepted.

Received a damaged or wrong item?
Let us know immediately.
If approved, we’ll replace it — no questions asked.
Non-returnable items:
• Personalised or made-to-order items
• Grooming & care products
• Hazardous or flammable items
Orders refused at delivery or returned to the wrong address will not be refunded.
Want to exchange?
After your return is approved, simply place a new order.
When will I be refunded?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received it after 15 days, reach out to us.
