HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEM?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR RETURN?
We accept returns if your item is:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original packaging
• Tags intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are not covered by Meridian. This helps promote mindful ordering and contributes to a more sustainable process. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN – 3 SIMPLE STEPS

  1. Contact us
    Email us at support@meridianwear.co to let us know you want to return your order. We’ll send you all the details you need.
  2. Send your items back
    Download and complete the return form, then send it along with your items to our return address. Keep your shipping receipt as proof.

  1. Receive your refund
    Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received it after 15 days, reach out to us.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
Let us know immediately. If approved, we’ll replace it — no questions asked.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
• Personalised or made-to-order items
• Grooming & care products
• Hazardous or flammable items
Orders refused at delivery or returned to the wrong address will not be refunded.
