Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Meridian Wear, you agree to the terms outlined below.
This policy applies exclusively to live show purchases made on Whatnot. It does not apply to any future online store orders, which will operate under a separate policy.
We will not honor cancellations. All sales are final. Your decision to swipe your finger on an item is up to you, and we won't undo it for you. Bid responsibly. Look at what you're buying. Nobody will baby you with your money. It is your money and you decide what to do with it. Easy as that.
We will not honor bogus returns without a genuine reason. Examples of reasons we will not accept:
This isn't an Amazon storefront for you to order and return items at will. This is a small business, not a major corporation. Only reasonable, legitimate problems with your order will be honored if they fall under our criteria.
Bogus refund requests will not be entertained. If we decide to honor a bogus return or refund, you will be banned from all future shows, no exceptions. It's simply not worth our time to deal with.
You can threaten us with a bad review, do whatever you gotta do, whatever makes you feel better. We don't care. We won't deal with issues that aren't worth dealing with. If you're going to conduct yourself that way on our shows, take that business elsewhere.
This policy isn't meant to be obnoxious. This is us tightening up on sales rules for the people that were taking advantage of our soft policies on purchases. We appreciate your understanding & we appreciate your business.
